Section 30-10-310 - Committee of commissioners - report

If the board of county commissioners sees fit to refer any matter to a committee of its members, the actions of said committee shall not be final, but shall be reported to the board for its consideration, and the board's action thereon shall be placed in its records.L. 1891: p. 114, § 1.
