Section 30-10-315 - Penalty for acting without bond or insurance

If any county commissioner acts as such officer, performs any of the duties, or exercises any of the rights or privileges of county commissioner without being bonded or insured pursuant to section 30-10-311, or after judgment of removal from such office has been entered, the commissioner commits a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 499, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 1881: p. 98, § 5.
