Section 30-10-418 - Fees of county clerk and recorder for administering oaths

For administering oaths and taking affidavits or depositions, as provided in section 30-10-416, county clerk and recorders shall receive the fee prescribed by section 30-1-103(2)(a).G.L. § 427.
