Section 30-25-206 - Violation - penalty

Any officer of any taxing district or any county assessor who violates any provision of this part 2 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars and shall also be liable to removal from office as provided by law.L. 13: p. 561, § 15.
