Colorado Legal Code
As used in this part 5, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Board' means the board of county commissioners or other governing body of any county.(2) 'Bonds' means any revenue bonds or other obligations issued by a county pursuant to this part 5 but does not include general obligation bonds.(3) 'County' means any county within this state.(4) 'County capital improvement trust fund' means any one or more of the county capital improvement trust funds established pursuant to this part 5.(5) 'Obligations' means notes, contracts, leases, and refunding obligations issued by a county pursuant to this part 5.(6) 'Person' means any individual, firm, partnership, association, or corporation or two or more or any combination of such entities.(7) 'Political subdivision' means counties, special districts, water conservation districts, irrigation districts, municipal corporations, school districts, and all other political subdivisions of the state.(8) 'Project' means any land, building, facility, or other improvement and all real or personal property, and any undivided or other interest in any of the foregoing, which is acquired, constructed, or improved or which is to be acquired,
