Moneys paid to any sheriff for services pursuant to the provisions of this part 4 shall be expended by the sheriff only for law enforcement purposes, including administration and capital expenditures, pursuant to agreements entered into as authorized by this part 4.L. 69: p. 241, § 9. C.R.S. 1963: § 36-27-9.
