Section 30-20-421 - Prior rates and charges declared valid

Any such rates and charges for the connections with, and use of, the system of any county declared or established prior to June 2, 1971, by resolution of the board of county commissioners are, and the same are declared to be, valid and ratified.L. 71: p. 365, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 36-29-21.
