Section 30-20-514 - Power to levy taxes

In addition to the other means of providing revenue for such districts, the board has the power to levy and collect ad valorem taxes on and against all taxable property within the district. Such power shall not prevent the issuance of obligations payable solely from the income of revenue-producing facilities.L. 68: p. 167, § 13.
