Section 30-20-620 - Bonds negotiable - interest

All bonds issued pursuant to section 30-20-619(1) and (2) shall be negotiable in form and shall bear such interest as may be fixed by the board, not exceeding a maximum net effective interest rate specified by the board, prior to the use of said bonds in payment for improvements or the sale thereof.L. 73: p. 489, § 1.
