Notwithstanding any provisions of part 1 of article 70 of title 24, C.R.S., compliance with the requirements of publication of notice specified in this part 6 shall be deemed in full compliance for all purposes of this part 6.L. 73: p. 491, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 36-30-25.This section was originally numbered as § 30-20-625 in C.R.S. 1973 but was renumbered on revision in the 1977 replacement volume for ease of location.
