Section 30-31-107 - Condemnation actions by authorities - effect of other provisions

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any condemnation action commenced by an authority must satisfy the requirements of section 38-1-101. To the extent that there is any conflict between this article 31 and section 38-1-101, section 38-1-101 controls.Added by 2024 Ch. 387,§ 1, eff. 8/7/2024.2024 Ch. 387, was passed without a safety clause.
