Section 30-35-607 - Ordinance irrepealable

Any ordinance authorizing an issue of funding bonds under the provisions of this part 6 and providing for the levy of taxes for the payment of the interest upon the principal of such funding bonds shall not be altered or repealed until the indebtedness thereby authorized has been fully paid.L. 81: Entire article added, p. 1477, § 1, effective June 8.
