Section 30-35-707 - Ordinance not to be altered

Any ordinance authorizing an issue of refunding bonds under the provisions of this part 7 and providing for the levy of taxes for the payment of the interest upon and the principal of such refunding bonds shall not be altered or repealed until the indebtedness thereby authorized shall have been fully paid.L. 81: Entire article added, p. 1480, § 1, effective June 8.
