Section 31-12-407 - Licenses

All licenses or other privileges issued or granted by any of the consolidated towns or cities prior to consolidation shall remain in full force and effect until the expiration of the same according to the terms thereof.L. 75: Entire title R&RE, p. 1098, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 31-8-308 as it existed prior to 1975.
