Section 31-10-1521 - Electioneering near polls

Any person who does any electioneering on election day within any polling place or in any public street or room or in any public manner within one hundred feet of any building in which a polling place is located commits a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 524, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 75: Entire title R&RE, p. 1073, § 1, effective July 1.
