Section 31-10-1539 - Applicability

(1) This article shall apply to regular and special municipal elections.(2) This article shall not apply to cities, towns, or cities and counties having home rule, but any such city, town, or city and county may adopt all or any part of this article by reference.L. 75: Entire title R&RE, p. 1076, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 31-10-1339 as it existed prior to 1975.
