Section 31-10-605 - Judge to keep pollbook

A judge of election shall keep a pollbook, which shall contain one column headed 'names of voters' and one column headed 'number on ballot'. The name and number on the ballot of each registered elector voting shall be entered in regular succession under the headings in the pollbook.L. 75: Entire title R&RE, p. 1049, § 1, effective July 1.
