Section 31-10-912 - Write-in candidate affidavit in mail ballot elections

No write-in vote for any office shall be counted unless an affidavit of intent to be a write-in candidate has been filed with the clerk by the person wishing to be a write-in candidate not later than sixty-four days before the day of the election.
