Any mail ballot election held pursuant to this part 9 shall not be invalidated on the grounds that an eligible elector did not receive a ballot so long as the clerk acted in good faith in complying with the provisions of this part 9.Added by 2014 Ch. 2,§ 20, eff. 2/18/2014.L. 2014: Entire section added, (HB 14-1164), ch. 2, p. 65, § 20, effective February 18.
