Section 31-11-117 - Retention of petitions

After a period of three years from the time of submission of the petitions to the clerk, if it is determined that the retention of the petitions is no longer necessary, the clerk may destroy the petitions.L. 95: Entire article added, p. 430, § 1, effective May 8.
