Section 31-15-406 - Incarceration of a person with the capacity for pregnancy

A municipality that chooses to establish and operate a jail, as authorized in section 31-15-401(1)(j), shall comply with the provisions of section 17-26-104.4 concerning the requirements of a facility that incarcerates persons who are capable of pregnancy.Added by 2021 Ch. 433,§10, eff. 9/7/2021.L. 2021: Entire section added, (SB 21-193), ch. 2866, p. 2866, § 10, effective September 7. 2021 Ch. 433, was passed without a safety clause.
