Section 31-23-107 - Public property dedicated

All streets, parks, and other places designated or described as for public use on the map or plat of any city or town or of any addition made to such city or town are public property and the fee title thereto vested in such city or town.L. 75: Entire title R&RE, p. 1145, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 31-1-108 as it existed prior to 1975.
