Section 31-23-202 - Grant of power to municipality

Any municipality is authorized to make, adopt, amend, extend, add to, or carry out a plan as provided in this part 2 and to create by ordinance or resolution a planning commission with the powers and duties set forth in this part 2.L. 75: Entire title R&RE, p. 1146, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 31-23-102 as it existed prior to 1975.
