Section 31-25-111 - Title of purchaser, lessee, or transferee

Any instrument executed by an authority and purporting to convey any right, title, or interest of the authority in any property under this part 1 shall be conclusively presumed to have been made and executed in compliance with the provisions of this part 1 insofar as title or other interest of any bona fide purchasers, lessees, or transferees of such property is concerned.L. 75: Entire title R&RE, p. 1172, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 31-25-111 as it existed prior to 1975.
