Section 31-25-619 - Liability of property

All property included within or excluded from a district shall thereafter be subject to the levy of taxes for the payment of its proportionate share of any indebtedness of the district outstanding at the time of inclusion or exclusion.L. 75: Entire title R&RE, p. 1208, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 31-25-619 as it existed prior to 1975.
