§ 31-25-813-5

After the expiration of thirty days from the effective date of any ordinance or resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds pursuant to this part 8, all actions or suits attacking its findings, determinations, or contents or challenging the validity of the bonds shall be perpetually barred.L. 77: Entire section added, p. 1477, § 10, effective June 19.
