Section 32-1-608 - Subsequent consolidations

Any consolidated district may initiate proceedings for the consolidation of one consolidated district with another special district, whether or not a consolidated district, as provided in section 32-1-602. Such proceedings shall proceed in accordance with this part 6 without regard to the fact that the districts have been previously consolidated.L. 81: Entire article R&RE, p. 1567, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 32-1-120 as it existed prior to 1981.
