Section 32-1-709 - Dissolution of health service district - limitation

Any health service district organized pursuant to part 3 of this article may be dissolved in the manner provided in this part 7, but no such health service district shall be dissolved within a one-year period from the date of the entry of an order declaring said district organized or one year from the date of final determination of any petition to set aside such order, whichever date is later.L. 81: Entire article R&RE, p. 1574, § 1, effective July 1.
