Section 32-1-913 - Second recall petition

After one recall petition and election, no further petition shall be filed against the same director during the term for which the director was elected unless such a petition is signed by more than fifty percent of the eligible electors of the district.Added by 2018 Ch. 200,§ 3, eff. 5/4/2018.L. 2018: Entire section added, (HB 18-1268), ch. 200, p. 1306, § 3, effective May 4.
