Section 32-11-512 - Use of facsimiles

Any bonds or other securities, including without limitation any certificates endorsed thereon and any coupons attached thereto, may be executed with facsimile signatures and seals as provided in sections 11-55-103 and 11-55-104, C.R.S., as from time to time amended.L. 69: p. 769, § 54.
