Section 32-11-545 - Public and private sales

(1) Notes may be issued at public or private sale.(2) Warrants may be issued to evidence the amount due to any person furnishing services or materials as provided in this article.(3) General obligation bonds shall be issued at public sale. Bonds constituting special obligations may be issued at public or private sale.(4) Temporary bonds shall be issued to a purchaser of the definitive bonds in anticipation of the exchange of the former for the latter.(5) Interim debentures may be issued at public or private sale.L. 69: p. 775, § 87.
