Section 32-11-553 - Special funds and accounts

The board, in any resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds or other securities designated in section 32-11-501(2) or in any instrument or other proceedings pertaining thereto, may create special funds and accounts for the payment of the cost of a project, of operation and maintenance expenses, of the securities, including the accumulation and maintenance of reserves therefor, of improvements, including the accumulation and maintenance of reserves therefor, and of other obligations pertaining to the securities, any project, or the facilities.L. 69: p. 777, § 95.
