Upon the filing of such a petition, the board shall proceed in the same manner as is provided by this article where proceedings are initiated by the board, except as otherwise expressly provided or necessarily implied in section 32-11-604.L. 69: p. 787, § 118. C.R.S. 1963: § 89-21-118.
