Section 32-11-658 - Assessment paid in error

When, through error or inadvertence, any person pays any assessment or installment thereof upon the tract of another, such payer may, after demand and refusal, by an action in the district court recover from the owner of such tract the amount so paid and costs of the action.L. 69: p. 807, § 171.
