Section 32-11-665 - Acquisition of subdistrict laterals

The board may at the time of ordering the acquisition of district sewers or at any time thereafter order the acquisition of subdistrict laterals in any such subdistrict so as to connect the same with the submains or with the district main sewer, the same to be approved by resolution as in the case of district sewers.L. 69: p. 808, § 178.
