(1) All cases in which there may arise a question of validity of any power granted in this article or of any other provision of this article shall be advanced as a matter of immediate public interest and concern and shall be heard at the earliest practicable moment.(2) The courts shall be open at all times for the purposes of this article.L. 69: p. 811, § 193.
