Section 32-19-105 - Service area of district - governmental immunity

(1) A district shall include all of the territory of one or more municipalities, counties, or other existing taxing entities, as may be proposed. The district shall be a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the state.(2) Each of the directors, officers, and employees of the district shall be a public employee for purposes of the 'Colorado Governmental Immunity Act', article 10 of title 24, C.R.S.L. 2007: Entire article added, p. 1195, § 15, effective July 1.
