Section 32-19-113 - District revenues

Any revenues raised or generated by the district shall be in addition to and shall not be used to replace any funding the counties in the district would otherwise be entitled to receive from the state or federal government.L. 2007: Entire article added, p. 1199, § 15, effective July 1.
