A health assurance district and a health service district shall each have the authority to contract with or work cooperatively and in conjunction with another health assurance district or health service district, or any existing health-care providers or services to provide health-care services and facilities to the residents of such districts.L. 2007: Entire article, p. 1200, § 15, effective July 1.
