Section 32-9-104 - Liberal construction

This article being necessary to secure and preserve the public health, safety, and general welfare, the rule of strict construction shall have no application to this article, but it shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes and objects for which this article is intended.L. 69: p. 731, § 1.
