All securities of the same issue or series shall be equally and ratably secured without priority by a lien on the revenues of the district in accordance with the provisions of this article and the authorizing resolution, or other instrument relating thereto, except to the extent such resolution or other instrument shall otherwise expressly provide.L. 69: p. 723, § 1.
