Section 32-9-164 - Custodians

For purposes of making deposits or investments, the board may appoint, by written resolution, one or more persons to act as custodians of the moneys of the district, who shall give surety bonds in such amounts and form and for such purposes as the board requires.L. 85: Entire section added, p. 1120, § 2, effective May 5.
