Section 32-4-503 - Liberal construction

This part 5 being necessary to secure and preserve the public health, safety, and general welfare, the rule of strict construction shall have no application to this part 5, but it shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes and objects for which this part 5 is intended.L. 60: p. 179, § 18.
