Section 32-4-546 - Validation

All securities issued or purportedly issued and other contracts executed or purportedly executed of districts prior to February 21, 1962, all district bond elections held and carried, or purportedly held and carried prior to that date, and all acts and proceedings had or taken, or purportedly had or taken, by or on behalf of districts under law or under color of law prior to that date, preliminary to and in the creation and any reorganization of each such district, or the modification of its corporate boundaries, the designation and qualification of directors, officers, employees, and other agents of each such district, the authorization, execution, sale, and issuance of all securities, the authorization and execution of all other contracts, and the exercise of other powers in the metropolitan sewage disposal district law, are validated, ratified, approved, and confirmed, except as provided in section 32-4-547, notwithstanding any lack of power, authority, or otherwise, other than constitutional, and notwithstanding any defects and irregularities, other than constitutional, in such securities, acts, and proceedings, in such authorization, execution, sale, and issuance, and in such
