§ 33-32-103-5

The director may grant variances from rules adopted by the commission pursuant to section 33-32-103 to any river outfitter on a case-by-case basis if the director determines that the health, safety, and welfare of the general public will not be endangered by the issuance of such variance.L. 94: Entire section added, p. 1228, § 4, effective July 1.
