Section 33-11-112 - Trails enforcement

It is unlawful for any person, except a parks and recreation officer or other peace officer, to operate a motorized vehicle on a signed and designated nonmotorized trail. Any person who violates this section commits a petty offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of one hundred fifty dollars.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 564, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 84: Entire article added, p. 892, § 2, effective 1/1/1985.
