Section 33-13-101 - Legislative declaration

It is the policy of this state to administer the registration and numbering of vessels in accordance with federal laws pertaining thereto and to promote the safety of persons and property in connection with the use, operation, and equipment of vessels.L. 84: Entire article added, p. 897, § 2, effective 1/1/1985.This section is similar to former § 33-31-101 as it existed prior to 1984.
