§ 33-13-108-3

The division shall file all abstracts of court records of convictions of violations of sections 33-13-108.1 and 33-13-108.2 and shall maintain a suitable alphabetical index for such file.L. 89: Entire section added, p. 1359, § 1, effective July 1.
