Section 33-15-109 - Damage to state property

It is unlawful for any person to damage, alter, or destroy any real or personal property or property under the control of the division. Any person who violates this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501, C.R.S.
