Section 33-15-114 - Commercial use of state property

It is unlawful to operate any commercial business or to solicit business on any property owned or managed by the division without first obtaining written permission from the division or the commission pursuant to this title 33 or any applicable rules promulgated by the commission. Any person who violates this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 603, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 2003: Entire section added, p. 1953, § 46, effective May 22. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3).
